Dissolved Daydreams is an artist duo working across tufting, murals, public art, and digital work. We don't stay in one lane — that's the point.
From tufted textiles to city walls, signal boxes to screens — we make work that refuses to stay in one place.
Our signal box in downtown Reno, Nevada is one of our proudest works. It features the ichthyosaur — Nevada's official state fossil — rendered in desert colors, surrounded by sagebrush green, the mountain ranges that define the state, and the waterways that run through it. Painted with spray paint and hand-applied paint on location at Sierra & First Street.
